Placed somewhere in the flat NETKOM BT2 will connect wireles medical measure tools via Bluetooth and send this data over the air by mobile phone network to the medical database. Patients do not need to drive every day to the doctor.

The quad band capability enables the worldwide use. The medical personal can control every time the actual status values of their patients - if there are at home or even in holiday in the Caribbean. Patients are much more flexible and can increase their life standard.

Simply switch it on! The NETKOM BT2 terminal use Bluetooth® technology to communicate with different short range devices, e.g. blood pressure tool, scale or blood sugar measurement tool at the same time within a range up to 100 meters automatically.

The separate hardware watchdog protects the cyclic communication from unexpected events.

The heart of this modern compact modem is a JavaTM programmable GSM modem. It will establish the connection between the measure tools by Bluetooth and the data base via SMS or GPRS. An integration in a VPN network is possible too. The competed price of GPRS data transfer with known quality gives users advantage to be always connected.
